Description
I am always trying to learn new things. Each project moves me forward if only just a little and over the years it adds up. One fun way to gauge my progress is to revisit a favorite scene with a new perspective along with new skills and tools.
"Gazebo" from 1998 was one of my most popular renders before "Fluorescence". I had created it using Bryce3D which was a fairly primitive 3D program. In the early '00s I was actually getting paid for my wallpapers (thank you Members!) and had invested quite a bit in new hardware and software. With this project I really wanted to show off all that I had learned with an amazing new version of an old favorite.
I've created 4 different "Gazebo" variations over the years. This version, from 2003, is still my favorite of them all.
