THREE POINT PORTALS - HOME

The Three Point Portals are a recurring motif in my work and are a metaphor for self. In a set of six, they are meant to be meditative, and a reminder to return to your centre. To be grounded. For the last seven years I have drawn these Portals, painted them, made them into hanging installations and I am now sharing them as an NFT series. Making them has always been a way for me to return to the core of my creativity. To get back to the basics of colour and form. For this series (which will be compromised of five works in five editions), I have considered five things key to my creative life and wellbeing, and have chosen colours that reflect these for me.These colours then serve as backdrops for the animated portals. My intention for this work is to serve as a reminder to come back to the core of what is important.
