Description
Disincarnata / Disembodied
/dɪsɪmˈbɒdɪd/
adjective
separated from or existing without the body.
the body as an uninhabited house
the psyche as a ghost
The concept is based on the juxtaposition of words related to the idea of abandonment and paranormal activities correlated to human beings and places. Creating a connotation between the body and the house as in a literary topos. The house (and the body, consequently) is no longer a welcoming and safe place, but becomes the terrain of an otherworldly manifestations.
The noise and the lack of clarity of the images is inspired by the spirit photography.
Spirit photography is a type of photography whose primary goal is to capture images of ghosts and other spiritual entities, especially in ghost hunting.
