A Starry Night

This artwork is created entirely digitally. Instead of using paper, a brush, and water, I used a touch pen, a smartphone, and a laptop. I wrote the poem below, with an English translation following. 星が輝く夜 黒いキャンバスに 散りばめられた ダイヤの煌めき オリオン　カシオペア 愛に燃える物語 星が道を導くと言う 運命を決めると言う 一星一星が 新しい希望の灯火 その美しさに 議論などいらない 寝転んで夜空を見上げよう 星が静けさを与えてくれる 愛に満ちた夜空で 癒しと自由を見つけよう 星降る夜 知島書 On a starlit night A black canvas is adorned With diamonds aglow Orion and Cassiopeia Tales of love burning bright Stars said to guide the way Deciding fate, so they say Each and every star A beacon of newfound hope In their beauty, no debate Lying down, gazing at the sky Stars bestow a calm embrace In a night filled with love Find healing and freedom there “A Starry Night” written by Titou
