ARLA, Circle of Thorns

Arla is the youngest of three sister princesses, known as the Wicked Sisters; they were orphaned when the Scourge attacked their kingdom, the night before they were meant to wed three foreign princes. They were rescued by THE WHITE WITCH and brought up to be part of a group of warriors, The Circle of Thorns, all orphaned princesses from great houses that fell for standing against the Scourge, an extremist group of zealots seeking to purify the world of art, music and magic. Arla hunts with a katana but any weapon find home in her hands; she struggles with the traumatic memories of seeing her queen mother get killed and sometimes looses control in a fight. Her reputation precedes her and is even feared by the other princesses. After helping her sister Avery take back her throne, she will leave in search of new lands and new adventures.
