Description
Original Watercolor with enhanced movement.

This animated watercolor of a lion traditionally symbolizes courage, nobility, royalty, strength, stateliness, and valor, because historically the lion has been regarded as the "king of beasts". The lion also carries Judeo-Christian symbolism.
Jesus is called the Lamb of God (John 1:36) to illustrate His gentleness and willingness to be the sacrifice for our sins. But He is also called the Lion of the tribe of Judah to display His absolute authority and power over all creation. The last book of the Bible, called Revelation, tells about the end of history and the second coming of Christ. In Revelation 5:5, we read “Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah has conquered.” Jesus is the Lion of Judah.
I have even pressure washed the Lion of Judah on my driveway because He is our protector who gives peace beyond all understanding.
Prayer: Thank You Lord that You are our protector and our future is secure in You. Thank You that we can cast all our cares upon You for You give us strength and we are victorious in all things. Keep us from anxious thoughts and help us to train our mind on Jesus for we want to depend on You in all things, not only today but in the days that lie ahead. This I pray in Jesus' name, AMEN.
