Yet, with their influence they still have an impact on the wearer... so important are these people that they continue to guide the wearers through decision making, or their entire outlook on life... hidden within the psyche still having as much a presence as though alive. Here I imagine these tiki taupānga as individual programmes or pieces of code... all the programmes that work in behind the scenes that run not only our digital devices, but the larger infrastructures such as the web. All of these little programmes and pieces of code have their own place and specific purpose within the digital realm.... all together performing their functions - and in so doing help us with our own existence as we push forward for the future generations.
