Emotion Erosion

Description
In the pursuit of inner freedom, I let myself crumble. What would be left after I sat with all the feelings? What was on the other side? As it all eroded, I was lost in a disorienting sea. There was so much within me that was waiting to be seen and heard. It wasn't quite black and white... the feelings were existing in a grayscale, suggesting complexities and hidden messages. Though as I lulled into the hypnosis of the wave, the complexity subsided. Isn't life but one unending infinite piece of forever-transforming art? The overwhelm, anxiety, anger, and sadness no longer felt permanent and confusing... each emotion was in a constant state of flux, and that was beautiful. I let the emotions erode and I just watched. It would be okay because it IS okay.
