Description
An up-close macro shot of the tiny droplets fallen on a sodden flower, making it look more bright. This is a very special shot for me, as it was taken in the year 2011, with my Canon EOS 500D with 18-5mm lens used in reverse style, handheld. I didn't have a macro lens nor a reverse lens connector back then. Using a reverse lens handheld is very difficult as it requires stability and also a proper technique to work on. It was like a study for me, which went very well. The output image doesn't show up focal length and f-stop in the details.
Currently I'm using a Nikon camera and also have invested in a macro lens, but the memories from the past of struggling to get a good macro shot would never be forgotten.
