Focus

to be still and composed in the moment, and yet find a centre to your soul, a minute of relief from the thoughts, double diving into your facts and it shows... remain true, remain in solitude, remain calm, find your roots and caress them along, each experience, situation, event for a reason, build patience, build those arms strong... here's a revelation about yourself as you breathe, doors open far and wide as you sit and seek, something about each layer of your skin deep, peeling off the pain letting you free... focus, focus and focus within, the centre of your soul resides in, inside and in...
