Description
A Guide to Mindful Breathing:
Keep your attention focused on the sculpture. Notice how it's breathing deeply and slowly. Observe the movement of the sculpture and match the pace of its breathing. Inhale, hold for a moment and exhale together. Do not force yourself to refocus if your mind wanders or your physical sensations distract you. This is a natural part of mindfulness. Simply label your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgement, for example, "sadness" or "fear" Similarly label your physical sensations, such as "warm" or "soft". Let them go while you get back to the sculpture and breathing.
