Hello, I’m Tania, and here’s my project - The Village of Angels. These days I live in Kyiv. You know modern city life - awesome parties, beautiful and stylish youth, cool bars and coffee shops, smoothies, vegans, air pods - that stuff, you know? But within arm’s reach of the city limits, there are tiny villages where everything is different. I grew up in a town like this that holds particularly special aesthetics - Chudyn village. With its peculiar landscapes, special people, and its special means to feel happy. My townfolks are my angels. They don’t create contemporary art pieces, nor are they after the latest haute couture trends; they don’t do kundalini yoga, nor do they drink all-green smoothies to recharge. Yet in my eyes, they sparkle. Pristine, innocent and beautiful in their own way. Just Angels.
