American Robot

American Robot is a collaboration between the parody Twitter account “Bored Elon” and artist Jeremy Booth. The artwork here is prompted by Bored’s tweet, “Buy American robots and hire American robots” and lives in the bottom left of the piece. The statement is reminiscent of a classic bumper sticker, so it made sense to slap one on the robot’s arse. “American Robot” was birthed. This piece is unique because it brings together two unlikely creators in this new world of NFTs and access to art.
