SKY2

SKY2 began digitally, a distinct pattern, an artistic digital fingerprint. The pattern was converted to a silk screen applied to a substrate that would be painted, then scanned at high resolution. After scanning it was combined with other work and manipulated digitally. In my work there is a conceptual veil between the digital and physical, and on each side of this veil staring back at each other are the two counterparts of my work, those that live virtually and those that live physically.
