King of Pepe

Blending digitalized art as crypto art and one the most ancient art forms (dancing) manifested itself in combining two of the most iconic of each; Pepe memes & Michael Jackson’s Moonwalk. One might argue this is the meeting point that of the late 20th century nostalgia and early 21st century technology. Undeniably, there is a similarity between the first person to have walked and placed a flag on the moon and the first person who has popularized classic and modern art in the form of a humanized metaphor (memes) in a collection. The thriller dance portrayed by the other Pepes in boxers however may represent the scariest phenomena in our today’s apocalyptic world: countless copies of unoriginal and laughable attempts to produce art. It should be noted: - The hallucinogenic cloth that makes up for the flag and Pepe’s clothes is a showcase of the psychedelic trip on which me and my friend came up with the whole idea. - The moon’s texture is from the actual moon surface.
