Bits and pieces piled up afloat, distorting their voices, their songs of suffocation never to be heard. Colossal vessels in a race, trawling the depths with nets of misfortune. Only to grow the garbage patches, vaster than ever before. Bottles, straws and fishing gear, strangling the life out of anyone near. Forged machine parts and cog wheels dancing in harmony, cogwhales are a gentle reminder to the times to come when these magnificent beings might no longer walk the earth.
