Another strand of the Ooples family, these guys even closer than the first lot. Their realm is next door but one to the other Ooples and on the whole they get on fine. However, every other Tuesday Footsy Collins (no relation to Phil or Bootsy, and not sharing much musical talent either) insists on playing the kazoo outside their house into the early hours.
